2. Subject of the Agreement

3. Rights and Obligations3.1 The Service undertakes to:- Provide uninterrupted access to VPN servers 24/7, excluding maintenance periods
- Ensure encryption of User traffic using modern cryptographic protocols
- Maintain a strict no-logs policy
- Notify Users of significant changes to the terms of service
3.2 The User undertakes to:- Provide accurate registration information
- Not use the Service for illegal activities
- Not attempt to breach the security of the Service
- Not resell or redistribute access to the Service without authorization
4. Limitations of Liability
- Provide uninterrupted access to VPN servers 24/7, excluding maintenance periods
- Ensure encryption of User traffic using modern cryptographic protocols
- Maintain a strict no-logs policy
- Notify Users of significant changes to the terms of service
3.2 The User undertakes to:- Provide accurate registration information
- Not use the Service for illegal activities
- Not attempt to breach the security of the Service
- Not resell or redistribute access to the Service without authorization
4. Limitations of Liability
The Service is provided on an "as is" basis. RedNetline does not guarantee that the Service will meet all User requirements or operate without interruptions. RedNetline is not liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from the use or inability to use the Service.
5. Payment Terms
Payment for the Service is made according to the selected plan. All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise provided by applicable law.
6. Final Provisions
This Agreement may be amended by the Service unilaterally. The new version of the Agreement comes into effect upon publication on the website. The User's continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
